Abstract

The certificate of activation of minerals in the high speed mechanisms is this. Process of change of an energy condition of minerals in the course of mechanochemical activation in a disintegrator is described. Data on efficiency of handling of tails are provided in a supercritical drum mill with a reflector. It is shown that mechanoactivation of tails allows to increase significantly end-to-end extraction of zinc, lead and iron from substandard raw materials, thereby creating conditions for application it as construction materials. The model of an economic evaluation of technology of utilization of tails is offered.
