R&D activities:

Professor Bogdasarov aims his R&D activities to meet the two challenges of science:

(1) Finding the laws of formation, expansion, properties and compositions of different fossil resins, as well as validation of the prospective prediction of new fossil resin deposits in the Mesozoic and Cenozoic sediments in the Northern Eurasia, including the territory of Belarus (approval and introduction: All-Russian Research Institute of Mineral Raw Materials in Moscow; Institute of Geology at the Komi Science Center of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences in Syktyvkar; Science and Production Center for Geology in Minsk)

(2) Creation of an aggregate picture of structure and formation of quaternary deposits in the Brest Region as the framework for prediction of minerals and for efficient management of geological medium (approval and introduction: Committee on Economy at the Executive Committee of the Brest Region; Committee for Natural Resources and Environmental Protection in the Brest Region)

Professor Maksim Bogdasarov headed and / or participated in R&D groups within the framework of the Governmental Research Programs and international research projects, including cooperative investigations with the Institute of Geology of the Komi Science Center of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Syktyvkar, Russia), Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (Ukraine), and the Polish Geological Institute-National Research University (Warsaw, Poland)
